1) Please comment on your spec and rotation:
basicly running ascendance build for single target, icefury for heavy movement and lightning rod for aoe:
fire elemental at -3 prepot precast lightning bolt, flameshock lavaburst lavaburst elemental blast flameshock again ( to buff it with elemental focus ) and go into ascendance spam lavaburst and use elemental blast on CD, lavaburst on cd keep flameshock up, dump maelstrom with earthshock, lightning bolt as filler

very dedicaded to play wow and i feel the team comes infront of progression, very mutch want a stable team and relaxed raid env atm.

8) And why should we not? (After all, no-one is perfect):
tends to make some mistakes on progression.

i have a course for the next 12-13 weeks so i won't be able to make monday's raid untill the course has finished.
